SG launches industrial gov't land sales programme for H1
Goal is to ensure adequate supply of industrial space.
Singapore's Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) has announced eight sites for its Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme in the first half of 2026.
Making up a total area of about 11.1 ha, the sites are broken down as follows:
The first two industrial sites are on the Reserve list, whilst the rest are part of the Confirmed List. The sales agent for all the sites is JTC Corporation.
"The government will continue to release sufficient land through the IGLS programme to ensure an adequate supply of industrial space in Singapore," MTI said.
