companies or organisations working with a government body on a project

companies or organisations providing products, services, or solutions to government bodies

Eligible companies and organisations must nominate a project done by, for, or with a government body.

The entries will be deliberated by a panel of public sector industry experts from the region’s top accounting firms based on the judging criteria below.

Nomination is free of charge. If your company/organisation wins, you will be given your choice of conference and awards packages to maximise your participation at the conference and the award winning status through exclusive promotional entitlements.

All winners will be given recognition on the GovMedia website and will receive a soft copy of the certificate.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to join the awards, you must nominate a government or public sector project that was launched within the last 24 calendar months.
If launched prior, it remains eligible if recent developments, improvements, or upgrades were made.

The awards will be given out on a country-level basis. Further, there will be one winner in each category per corresponding sector.

CRITERIA FOR JUDGING
The entries will be reviewed by the judges based on the following:

Background - What was the inspiration behind the initiative? Who were the relevant stakeholders and how were their needs identified and understood?

Uniqueness & Innovation - What was especially creative or innovative about the initiative?

Effectiveness - What were the initiative’s objectives and targets? How were they achieved and what measures have been used to assess its success?

Impact - What was the initiative’s impact on the organisation and industry?

Dynamism - How is the initiative flexible to changes and progressive opportunities?
HOW TO ENTER?
1. Go to the online nomination form and read the nomination guidelines.
2. Fill in the required details about your organisation and contact person for the nomination.
3. Select your country, category, and sector.
4. Provide your project title, 500-word write-up, key achievements, and project photos. You may also upload supporting documents such as videos, infographics, and press releases/news clippings.
5. Check your email for the nomination confirmation email and acknowledge it once received.
Note:
- An organisation may submit up to three (3) entries.
- Each nomination form is valid for one entry only. Fill out the form again if you will nominate another project or in another category.
- Photos are required while supporting documents are optional but will highly increase the chances of winning.
PRICING
Nomination is free. If your company/organisation wins, you will receive recognition through listing in the GovMedia website and a softcopy of the certificate. In addition, you will be offered your choice of conference and awards package to secure delegate passes and speaking opportunity and maximise your award-winning status through exclusive promotional entitlements including logo usage rights, video interview, print and online media, and shareable content including a short-form video for social media.

What can I nominate?
You may nominate any project, product, service, or solution that was done by or for government. The project must be launched or had upgrades, in part or full, within the last 24 calendar months.
How do I nominate?
To submit a nomination, all you have to do is fill out the online nomination form with complete details about your organisation and the project that you are nominating.
Can I submit two or more entries?
You may send a maximum of three (3) entries. If you are nominating several projects, please enter them separately.
How many winners per category?
The awards will be given out on a country-level basis. In each country, there will be winners in federal, state, and local government levels per department.
Is there a cost involved?
Nomination is free. If your company/organisation wins, you will receive recognition through listing in the GovMedia website and a softcopy of the certificate, and in addition you will be offered your choice of winner’s package to maximise your award winning status through exclusive promotional benefits including usage of the logo, video and print interviews, public relations online article, and other shareable content including short-form videos for social media.
